A Guide to Control and Manage Your Diabetes is a 10-hour, 5-lesson program that includes the National Standards for Diabetes Self-Management and the ADA’s Clinical Recommendations. Every lesson within this text builds upon the previous lesson, allowing you, the patient , to learn and apply the skills necessary to improving your life with diabetes and self-management of the disease. This program empowers individuals to become effective self-managers and to make healthier lifestyle choices in their everyday life.
